I will miss seeing brother Butch at worship service. He was always a bright light, it didn't matter how much pain he was in....his love of God always showed. I remember the first time I met him he said his pain and physical problems were from football...he ask if football was the cause of my problems? That Smile on his face...said it all. He is safe and no longer in pain with God, now. My prayers are with his precious family. He left a legacy to carry on. Love to all.

I am sorry that such a precious person is gone. He will be missed.
I have so many good memories of him and the family. He loved Paige so much! And then the when the grandkids came along, wow he was so proud of them. He thought the world of Michael and family. He was so sweet with my kids, too.
I am happy to know that he is in a much better place surrounded by love.

Pat I'm so sorry to hear about Butch. It seems forever since our days at Rosewood. My Daddy died this past June and in his final days we were talking about the old Strickland Transportation days. I'm praying for you and your family. Cindy

Mr. Butch was a most gracious and wonderful man that we loved dearly!! We loved hearing stories from when he was a boy and enjoyed his interactions with Jackson! Jackson was his Batman! He has finished the race and is walking the streets of gold in Heaven with Jesus. Paige and family- we love you all very much!!! Love, Jake, Susan, and Jackson

We loved Butch, although he was in constant pain, he always had a smile for all he met.
He loved his Lord and Master and didn’t hesitate to tell anyone that would listen, about Him.’in his final days he was still trying to pray.
He left a wonderful legacy , Paige Hazelwood Moore. A more loving daughter could not be found.
May God bless her and the immediate family in the days ahead and May they take comfort in knowing where he is , secure in the arms of Jesus.
Love you our friend, looking forward to spending Eternity with you❤️
