So sorry to hear of your loss. She was an amazing teacher and administrtor but more than that she was a wonderful person. Parkin was so lucky to have her.
Dear Janet and Rita,
With heartfelt sympathy, I wish you peace and comfort. I am grieving with you. We do not grieve without loving first. Your mother was a steady, smiling presence for me throughout my childhood. The last time that I visited my cousin Patricia Ray who lived in Crawfordsville before her death, we had a long conversation about your mother leading UMW mission studies for years and years.
With Love,
Susan
You and your family are In out thoughts and prayers during this time of loss. We will miss Lucille and how much she did for the Parkin United Methodist Church and in the education field as a teacher and principal as well.

Janet and Rita and Family, I am so sorry to read about your mother's passing. Mrs. Lucille was a much loved and respected lady from Parkin who will never be forgotten. She and Mr. Harold were two of the very best of our old community and bring back good memories and make me smile just thinking about them. I worked with Mr. Harold for several years and he was so sweet and a pleasure to work with. I have no doubt they are together once again and looking at you all as proud parents and grandparents. May the Lord bless you and grant you peace with this huge loss in your lives.
