Valerye Raye Barnett, 47, of Clarksville, Arkansas passed away Friday, December 13, 2019. Miss Barnett was born to the late Mr. James ''Bo'' Barnett and Mrs. Brenda Mattson on June 20, 1972 in Memphis, Tennessee.

She loved both music and movies, and was a member of First Christian Church of Ozark, Arkansas.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her mom, step father, Jim Mattson, one brother, Kevyn Barnett (Rose); two sisters, Kathy Mattson (Gwenda), and Connie Alford (Mitch); uncle, Charles Barnett (Laurie); two aunts, Mary Harness (Roy) and Glenda Green (Jackie); one nephew, Joshua Alford (Christina); and two nieces, Brooke Alford (Tess) and Taylor Herod (Kam).

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Marian Barnett and Marvin and Jewell Helcel.

I remember Valerir so well. She was such a sweet and honest young lady. She worked with me. She was a blessing to me. I think of her often.
