Quinnon Lamar Anderson, age 81, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2019, in Memphis, Tennessee. Quinnon was born on February 9, 1938, in Toccopola, Mississippi to parents Jake and Connie Mae Anderson. He was beloved by his wife, Dixie C. Anderson for 62 years, until God called her home. He served as a Captain on the Memphis Fire Department from 1961 to 1986. Most of all, he was a loving father, grandfather, and spouse. He was preceded in death by his spouse Dixie C. Anderson, parents Jake Anderson and Connie Mae Anderson and granddaughter Andrea. He is survived by a sister Ann Foreman, a daughter Teresa Neely, granddaughter Brittney, Great Grandchildren Landon, Jonathan, and Ryleigh.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2019, from 12-1pm, with interment at Crittenden Memorial Park immediately following.
