Ruby Beckham Knight, 96, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on November 27, 2019. She was born May 14, 1923 in Sarepta, Mississippi to Thomas Clifton and Wilma Beckham.

Ruby received her Associate's Degree in Business from Central Baptist in Conway, Arkansas, as well as attended Ouachita Baptist College and Oklahoma Baptist College. She worked as an insurance agent and an administrative assistant. Ruby was a former member of First Baptist in Osceola, Arkansas and of Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee. Ruby was fiercely devoted to God, she loved going to church, and reading the bible. Above all, she loved and adored her wonderful family, as they were her greatest joy.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving family, son, Van Knight (Holli) of Sherwood, Arkansas; daughter, Becky Pyle (Jim) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Haley Pike of Memphis, Tennessee, Collin Pike (Kim) of Plano, Texas, Kelly Strother (Mike) of North Little Rock, Arkansas, and Courtney Knight of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; three great-grandchildren, Taylor Crossnine of New Market, Alabama, Noah Strother of North Little Rock, Arkansas, and Ivy Strother of North Little Rock, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Clifton and Wilma Beckham; brother, Phillip Beckham and granddaughter, Paige.
