Pearl Venita Beier, age 95, passed away peacefully at her home in West Memphis on Saturday, February 2, 2019. Pearl was born October 9, 1923 in Smithville, Mississippi to parents William E. and Dessie Lindsey. She was later married to Edward L. Beier and the two spent the next 42 years raising their own family until God took him home in 1982. Pearl had a passion for both gardening and making hand quilted items. Her children always knew then she meant business as she would point her finger and say ''We'll see''! Pearl was a longtime attendee of the Cypress Creek Nazarene Church in Marion.

Pearl leaves behind five sons; William E. Beier (Jane) of West Memphis, Arkansas, Purvis L. Beier (Janice) of Bartlett, Tennessee, John Beier of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Henry Beier of West Memphis, Arkansas and James Beier (Lola) of West Memphis. She leaves one daughter, Jean Reece (Ronnie) of Marion, Arkansas. Two sisters; Lucille Maxey and Annie McGlawn both of Swiftown, Mississippi. She will be deeply missed by twelve grandchildren; Elizabeth Williamson, Sheila Hanson, Christie Rogers, Candi Beier, Chandra Forthman, Brett Beier, Bart Beier, Ronnie McKinnon III, Purvis Beier Jr., Kevin Cranford, Chase Reece and Cort Reece as well as twenty-one great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. A special thanks also to her personal caregiver, Lorraine Granger. Pearl is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her daughters; Sarah Hawley and Brenda McKinnon, her sisters; Ollie and Hilda Martin and her brother, William E. Lindsey.

To the Beier Family,
