Catheryn Frances Curton Loftis Rogers, 87, was born February 26, 1933 in England, Arkansas to the late Tommy and Dulcie Curton and passed away on July 4, 2020 at the Southern Trace Care Center in Bryant, Arkansas due to complications from a ten year courageous battle with Alzheimer's.
She was a Christian, wife, homemaker, mother grandmother, great grandmother and sister as well as many other special things to many other people. She lived in Quitman, Arkansas for a period of time and during that time she served as the Director of Tri County Senior Citizens Program based in Cleburne County. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She loved to travel, shopping, music and her favorite past time was spending time with her family and friends.
Besides her parents, Catheryn was preceded in death by her first husband of forty years, Truman Loftis and to their union were five children; her husband of seven years, Bill Rogers; an infant son, Eddie Loftis, one daughter Bobbie Rushing, one grandson David Loftis; four brothers, Clarence, Harold, Raymond and Floyd Curton along with one sister, Maxine Hopson.
Left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Donnie (Vickie) Loftis of England and Steve Loftis of Bryant; one daughter, Billie (Jimmy) Gibbins of Searcy; Six grandchildren, Kent Dover, Bryson Dover, Kim Gibbins Harr, Kyle (Katy) Gibbins, Lindsay Loftis and Daniel (Katelynn) Loftis. Seven great grandchildren, Kennedy, Jackson and Chandler Harr, Kingston and Ailish Gibbins, Rheagan Hood and Dean Loftis. Two sisters, Virginia Moll and Betty Isbell along with many nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
A Private Family Graveside Service will be planned at a later date and there will be no gathering planned at this time due to COVID-19 regulations and restrictions. This is the families wishes to protect their friends and family at this time. All services are under the direction of Roller-Daniel Funeral Home, Searcy.

I loved your sweet, kind and gentile mother also. She was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever known. She lived a life as a strong Christian friend, wife and mother. We have all been blessed by her life and Christian example.
