I knew Chelsea very briefly, probably just 2 to 3 weeks, while she was in Little Rock. She was just a terrific personality, coming off of some problems but looked like she was wanting to head in a good direction. I'm just grateful I had the chance to be part of her life, even briefly. She made a lasting and permanent impression on me. I won't forget her.
