Jimmy and his mom, Ms. Duncan, are ingrained in my childhood memories. They were always so kind to me and my family. Ms. Duncan always had a piece of candy for me in the candy dish on the coffee table, and Jimmy was happy to turn on the water hose so I could make mud pies on the front porch.
As I grew up, we stopped in every so often to say hi. The Duncan’s were like family.
I stopped in this past summer, and discovered Jimmy had passed on. My heart was sad, but I know I’ll see them both again some day. In the meantime, I will miss them both. Sidon won’t be the same without good ol’ Jimmy.

It doesn’t seem that long ago when we’d all go down to that little store and get drinks and moon pies. There was always someone playing checkers. Lots of memories of the great gardens you had and the huge watermelons you grew! Time has passed so quickly and everyone seemed to get scattered all over and we didn’t get to visit often. Those times will always hold special memories and you will be missed!
Your cousin, Connie

I have a lot of memories of Jimmy as one of his younger cousins. He was always a lot t of fun to be around. I loved to sit on the quietness of the front porch. Will miss you Jimmy.
