I did not know him, but I appreciate his services to the Red Cross and the community.
Uncle Bill was so full of stories. He could make you laugh no matter how you felt. Such a joy to be around. He will be greatly missed. We love you Uncle Bill. R.I.P.
As a fellow Red Cross volunteer, I want to express my appreciation for mr. Wiltrouts willingness to help his community.
I loved Bill Wiltrout! He was a wonderful, dedicated Red Cross volunteer and also my dear friend. He could keep me in stitches with his wit. He was one of the "good ones" and I hate that he is gone, but relieved to know he is no longer in pain. Glenyce, my hope is you find peace in your love and memories of Bill.
Uncle Bill will be missed. Love and prayers to the family. 💙
