I loved Bill Wiltrout! He was a wonderful, dedicated Red Cross volunteer and also my dear friend. He could keep me in stitches with his wit. He was one of the "good ones" and I hate that he is gone, but relieved to know he is no longer in pain. Glenyce, my hope is you find peace in your love and memories of Bill.
