Quitman Larry ''Sonny Boy'' Cox, Sr., 88, of Osceola, AR, passed away February 4, 2020. He was born March 10, 1931, to Jim and Zetter Cox. He was a United States Army Veteran, retired from Delta Products Oil Mill and a self taught carpenter and upholsterer. He was a member of Keiser First Baptist Church. He is survived by his daughter: Rita Cox of Osceola, AR; son: Larry (Phyllis) Cox of Blytheville, AR; sister: Emma Jean (Bill) Allensworth of Proctor, AR; granddaughter: Wendi (Robbie) Massey of Armorel, AR; great grandchildren: Andrew Dylan (Caitlin Reese) Massey of Armorel, AR and Malachi Christian Massey of Armorel, AR and great-great granddaughter: Harlee Grace Massey of Armorel, AR; and his beloved pet ''Sassy''. He is preceded in death by his wife: Dorothy Cox; parents; sisters: Hazel Vance, Katherine Falcon, Lottie Fair and Diann Cox Lyles; brother: James F. Cox and sister-in-law: Catherine Cox.
