Sherman K. Deeds Sr., 75, of Dyess, AR, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2019. He was born March 17, 1944 in Delaware, AR to Ira ''Jack'' and Linnie Lee Deeds. He enjoyed fishing and duck hunting, worked in the Construction Business specializing in Dry Wall and was a member of Etowah Pentecostal Church of God. He is survived by his wife: Diane Meherg; son: Sherman Kelly (Leslia) Deeds Jr.; daughters: Sheila Halpain, Janet Myrick and Linnie Deeds; grandchildren: Chris Halpain, Jessica Halpain, Dylan Myrick, Amanda Wilbanks, Jason Wilbanks, Tracy Blake, Tyler Blake, Colton Deeds and Kaylly Deeds; nine great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; first wife: Barbara Ann Deeds; grandson: T. J. Halpain; three brothers and six sisters.
Bro. Sherman was a good man and will be greatly missed,.
Uncle Sherman I love you so much & I'll miss ya. I really hate that I can't be there to say goodbye, but I know you would understand. You were one of a kind! Make sure to give Grandma a big ole hug for me.
Uncle Sherman, you were my favorite uncle and I will miss you so much, you were the best, I'm so glad I got to see you in July wished it could have been a longer visit though. I love you so much, give dad a hug and kiss for me. Your neice Lori Ellenbarger.

Sherman you was close as my brothers we all grew up together we go back a long way was so happy to see you in July but wish it had of been under different circumstances you and Leroy will be missed and loved so much Rest In Peace we all will meet again on the other side.
