Areseus (Junior) Northcutt, 78 years old of Clarksville, Texas died on July 8, 2019 at Batesville, Arkansas. Junior was born on October 13, 1940 in Texas. He was the son of the late S.C. and Pearl Agnes (Fisher) Northcutt. Junior loved spending time with his family.
Junior is survived by his wife of 43 years, Marylinn June (Willis) Northcutt of Clarksville, Texas; daughter, Mary and husband Bobby Jenkins of Drasco, Arkansas; two brothers, Tommy Northcutt of Pfeiffer, Arkansas and Dale Northcutt of Concord, Arkansas; six sisters, Yvonne (Bonnie) Nelson of Lonoke, Arkansas; Joy Neighbors of Concord, Arkansas, Bernice Willis (Gary) of Drasco, Arkansas, Dollie Crow of Heber Springs, Arkansas, Wanda Mullins of Pfeiffer, Arkansas, and Marie Evans (Ricky) of Mountain View, Arkansas; two nieces, Isaca Mullins Bakie and Nickie Northcutt Whitson; six nephews, Cody Dale Crow, Loy (Georgie) Neighbors, James Collins, Billy Ray Willis, Jason Northcutt, and Eric Mullins; ten great-nieces, three great-nephews, and several other family and friends.
Junior was preceded in death by his parents, SC and Pearl Northcutt, two sisters, Shirley Northcutt, infant sister Lela Jewel, and one brother, infant Charles Leo.
Visitation is Thursday, July 11, 2019, 1:00 – 2:00 PM at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas. Funeral services will follow the visitation beginning at 2:00 PM with Glen Swafford officiating. Interment will be at Friendship Cemetery, Ben Community, Drasco, Arkansas.
Pallbearers are Bobby Jenkins, Chris Sexton, Wheeler Watters, Claudie Watters, Junior Watters, and Elmer Gingerich. Honorary pallbearer is Daniel Lawrence.
