Tilmon Wayne Griffin, age 65 of Snowball, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, March 5th, 2020 at his home. He was born in Marshall, Arkansas on February 6th, 1955 to Tilmon J. Griffin and Mildred Lavina Rea Griffin.
Wayne graduated from Snowball High School. He went on to attend UCA and graduated with a Master's Degree in Special Education. He taught school at St. Joe and Concord for several years. Wayne enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved to work the cattle and farm.
Survivors include his mother, Lavina Griffin of Snowball; brother, William "Bill" Griffin and wife Theresa of Snowball; sister-in-law, Helen Griffin; and many nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends who will also mourn his passing. Wayne is preceded in death by his father, Tilmon J. Griffin; and brother, Wayland Griffin.
Graveside services for Wayne will be 2:00 PM Friday, March 6th, 2020 at McMahan Cemetery in Snowball with Bro. Shane Horton officiating. Friends and family will serve as bearers.

Sorry to hear of Wayne’s passing. He was a shining example of overcoming a disability. A good friend who will be missed by many. Prayers to mother and family.
Sorry to hear this. Lots of good memories of Wayne as we put up hay in Snowball years ago. I can see him driving that old Ford tractor down the road.
