Richard Lee Horn, age 84 of Bella Vista, Arkansas formerly of Marshall, Arkansas passed away peacefully with his children by his side on Friday, June 28th, 2019 at Apple Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation in Centerton, Arkansas. He was born in Memphis, Tennessee on October 31st, 1934 to James Willey Horn and Flossie Lee Whitwell Horn.

Richard was a veteran of the United States Army. Heaven rejoiced and many angels sang when he came Home. Richard was devoted to his family, community, and God. He made an impression on his loved ones, family, and friends that will leave a legacy of being kind, generous, hardworking, and humble. Though his voice was soft spoken, his words were heard by those around him, and those words live on. The world was a much safer, better place with Richard Horn in it. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents, James Wiley Horn, Flossie Horn and Ledora Horn; his granddaughter, Bekke Elise Horn; and several siblings.

Survivors include his wife, Jeanie and their children, Allen Horn, Janice (Larry) Gilliam, James (LeAnn) Horn, Kelly (Tonya) Horn, Robert Lee Horn, and Sarah Beth (Jerad Seeley) Horn; eleven grandchildren, Tiffany, Angel, Justin, Ashleigh, Grace, Pearl, Dalton, Michaela, Bailey, Kristen, and Ariel; eleven great grandchildren, Izayah, Westyn, Dayzi, Jordon, Blake, Colton, Timothy, Charliegh, Rylee, Liam, and Marshall; and four sisters, Margret Klunk, Faye Trice, Forrestine Smith, and Beatrice Williams.

Graveside services with military honors for Richard will be 2:00 PM Monday, July 1st, 2019 at Marshall Memorial Gardens in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Jim Arnold Jr. officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Allen Horn, James Horn, Kelly Horn, Robert Lee Horn, Larry Gilliam and Chris Bryant.
