Hi Cathy! My name is Mariella Barlow, and I was the Administrator of the Arkansas Substance Abuse Certifucation Board during the time that Snowball held his certifications for treating the addicted client.. He was a character as you know. Always joking. I did get to visit OMART several years ago when my husband was teaching there.Anyway, I don’t know if anyone from the certification board even knew about his passing. I just found out from Darlene Prine, an OMART staff person. He liked to talk about Danielle and her riding . I’m a city girl so I had never heard about tying a horse’s tail into a silk purse. There are many stories I remember. He cracked me up.,I heard a story about him threatening to bring a load of horses to the desk of a funding executive, and to tie the horses there. I don’t think that he did it.Anyway, I could go on and on , but mainly I want to express my condolences to you and your family. ðŸ™ðŸ¼
So sorry to hear of his passing. The people you helped are countless. I’m one of them. Go Rest on High Duane !!
