Randy Lee Milum, age 65 of Harrison, Arkansas passed from this life on Saturday, January 26th, 2019 at Highland Court in Marshall, Arkansas. He was born on October 23rd, 1953 in Wayne, West Virginia to Leroy Milum and Betty Lewis Milum.

Randy was a 10 year veteran of the United States Army and served during the Vietnam War as part of the Military Police. He was a Christian and was baptized at Elmwood Baptist Church in Harrison. Randy was a very intelligent man who enjoyed studying United States History and Natural Health. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Harrison. Randy enjoyed eating lunch at Western Sizzlin every Sunday that he could. He always liked to order a prime rib. He would take home half of it and give to his dog, Boo-Boo who was a Border collie stray that he adopted. He loved his animals and called his kitty cats, Katy and Rocky, his little children with fur coats.

Survivors include his wife of one year, Barbara Elmore Milum of Harrison; four step-sons, Jason Ricketts and wife Sherrill of Parthenon, Jeffery Ricketts and wife Katy of Alpena, Justin Ricketts and wife Kim of Western Grove and Dillon Humphrey of Harrison; one step-daughter, Samantha Pettis and husband Timothy of Connecticut; step-grandchildren, Chance Ricketts, Carson Ricketts, Jordon Ricketts, Reese Ricketts and Colby Ricketts; and a very good friend, Allen Poyner.

Randy is preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Patricia Milum.

Memorial services for Randy will be held at Elmwood Baptist Church in Harrison, Arkansas on Friday, February 1st, 2019 at 10:00 AM. Elmwood is on Hwy 7 South, go 7 miles, turn left on Hwy 206 East and go 1 mile.
