Angilee Wallis, age 70 of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, October 18th, 2018 at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas. She was born in Palestine, Arkansas on May 21st, 1948 to James Marshall and Ora Martin Marshall.
Angilee worked for 24 years at the shirt factory in Mountain View but her true calling and passion was working on the family farm. She loved the farm life. She enjoyed being outdoors and liked fishing in Marianna and going to the creek. She loved to gather family at her home for a game of cards and playing music. She especially enjoyed listening to her son Perry and his band play. Angilee lived for her family. She was mama and granny to many that passed through her life, not just blood kin. Angilee spent most of her life caring for others. Her strong, caring, selfless personality will live on in the memory of all lives that she has touched.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Jerry Wallis of the home; three sons, George Wallis and wife Lindsey of Big Flat, Perry Wallis and Terry Wallis, both also of Big Flat; one daughter, Tammy Baze of Big Flat; grandchildren, Gavin Wallis, Lampeshia Masterson, Jordan Wallis, Timothy Wallis, Trena Wallis, Tamara Wallis, Preston Baze, Angela Baze and Amber Wallis; four great-grandchildren, Blazen, Tori, Arrow and Roland; four sisters, Bettye Lou Harrington and husband Lorne of Big Flat, Hazel Lake and husband Joe of Searcy, Charlotte Savage and husband Don of Yukon, OK and Mary Ruth Thompson of Arkansas; two brothers, Ralph Marshall and wife Joyce of Fifty-Six and Willie Ray Marshall and wife Alice of Searcy; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends who will also mourn her passing.
Angilee is preceded in death by her parents, James and Ora Marshall; and three siblings, Franklin, Ermaniel and Louise.
Arrangements are by Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas. Funeral services for Angilee will be 2:00 PM Monday, October 22nd, 2018 at Round Mountain Church near Big Flat, Arkansas. Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 PM preceding the service. Burial will be in Wallis Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Carl Haddock, Randy Haddock, Winston Oliver, Brandon Sisk, Grant Chadwick and Van "J.R." Moore. Honorary pallbearers will be Debra Haddock, Kendra Holt, Dianna Ford and Donna Mooneyhan.

Tammy,George & Lindsey,Perry & Terry,i'm so very sorry to hear about your mom's passing, She was very nice to me when me & George would hang out together & we climbed to the top of round mtn & came down at your her house,she was doing something outside & she saw me & George come down & she asked if we wanted something to drink,i t was hot that day so I accepted the drink of nice ice cold water & she had a smile on her face when she brought it out to us & if I remember right your dad was working on the jeep that George used to drive almost all the fine,but she was very nice & I send my deepest sympathies & condolences to all of you guys & your dad,wish I could be there in person to give my sympathies & condolences in person,i'm going to miss her
