Paul D. Wooten, 70, of Mabelvale, went to be with the Lord, January 16, 2020. He was born in Little Rock on October 20, 1949 to Kelsie and Margaret Wooten.
Paul graduated from McClellan High School, R.E.T.S. Electronics School in New Orleans and retired as Operations Manager from B.E.I. Motion Systems in Maumelle.
He enjoyed many interests including: Electronics, Home Computing, Ham Radio, Antique Firearm Collecting, Automotive Repair, Astronomy, Photography….(a true renaissance man).
Paul is survived by his loving wife, Shirley; three children, Frank Wooten, Kandy Brown (Wayne) and Daniel Wooten; his brothers, Brad Wooten (Jackie), Stanley Wooten (Valinda) and David Wooten (Barbara); and his grandchildren; Morgan Wooten , Jessica Liburd (Anthony), Dawson Brown, and Colton Brown.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 pm, Sunday, January 19, 2020 with funeral services on Monday, January 20, 2020 at 10 am, Roller Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.

Paul was a great friend and boss. I worked with Paul for many,many years at BEI.
