James H. Lovell, 77, of Mabelvale, went to be with the Lord November 30, 2019. He was born on November 1, 1942, in Little Rock to Harry and Marguerite Lovell. James loved spending time outdoors; hunting, fishing and lake vacations with his family. He was a member of the American Legion, Bass Anglers Sportsman Society and Masons Lodge 288. James worked at ABF for 43 years, was honored to have logged four million accident free miles and be a member of the Teamsters Union.
James was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Florine Wilcox Lovell. He is survived by his children, Greg Lovell (Nicole); Jimmy Lovell (Amanda); Lisa Kimbrell (Ricky); grandchildren, Brittany (Jonathan); Michael (Nena); Hunter (Yessi); Ella; Baylee; Payton; Josh; Jacob; great grandchildren, Rylea; Liam; Ruby; Eli; Leo; sister, Angie Sansing (Bill); brother, Terry Lovell (Sherry) and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Sunday, December 8, 2019 from 5-7 pm at Roller Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30, with funeral services following Monday morning at 10 am.
Worked with Choctaw over 20 yrs. A fine man, Brother in Arms, and Fellow Teamster.

We met Jim on his truck route and the friendship quickly turned into a band of Brothers. After his retirement, he would come to Henderson to visit with the gang. Our Brother in arms will truly be missed. Prayers
