Rose Ann Rummel, 75, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord May 6, 2019. She was born on November 17, 1943 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Irvin and Annie Royal. She worked as beautician and loved to fish, paint and garden.
Rose Ann was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Irvin Royal Jr and Glen Royal. She is survived by her loving husband; Donald; five children; Jeanetta (Jim) Scott, Terry (Lisa) Rummel, Kelly (Sloan) Bennett, Paul Rummel and Donna Rummel; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A Gathering of Friends will be held Saturday, May 11, 2019 from 1-3 pm in the chapel of Roller Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30.

When I was born Rose Ann and her family lived close. When I was small I called her my Dozie and I loved her so much. The best birthday party I ever had as a child was my 6th that she help put on. She made crepe paper hats for me and my guests & we had a ball and decorated the back yard. As she had her family we were always close helping to care for all of the girls, Jeanetta, Kelly & Donna. They were the apples of their Auntie's eye just like their Mama was. Don, Jeanetta, Kelly & Donna you know what your Mom always meant to me and my parents. I love you dearly and know she is happy getting to see her Auntie who she loved so much again.

She was such a sweet Aunt! She could have an attitude if need be, but was always sweet to me! She is the one who taught me to swim at Lake Nixon and between her and Helen Webb, kept my naturally curly hair controlled. I will always cherish sweet memories of her in my heart. Love and hugs to all the family!
