James E. Scruggs, 63, passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2018 in Hensley, Arkansas.
He was born November 14, 1954 in Little Rock, AR. to Douglas and Patsy Scruggs. He was a carpenter and truck driver by trade.

Survived by his wife, Shelby; seven children: Beth and Joshua Scruggs, Johnathon Finch and Jamie Finch Estlinbaum, Deana Osborne, Rebecca Williams and Bubba Osborne; 13 grandchildren; six brothers, one sister and other relatives and friends. The family wishes to thank Arkansas Hospice for their care and support.

Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M., Sunday, November 11 at Ivy Chapel Cemetery.

So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the words spoken at Revelation 21:3,4 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look!
