We are deeply saddened by the passing of Oty. He was simply the best and continued to smile through all his suffering. He loved and admired his precious family and will continue to do so from heaven. He will remain in your hearts with your precious memories. We are very fortunate to have had the opportunity to cross paths and know him. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Just remember, he never have up nor does he want his family to. Hugs and prayers throughout this difficult time. Love, Chuck and Sharon Sugg

Tried to teach about God shared the love of God. This man was a true inspiration. Never
Stopped smiling even in frustration. Never placed judgment on anyone had faith that everyone had good in them. Showed everyone deserved a chance even if they already had 100s. Pushed everyone to do and be their best. He taught us all so much even if we didn't realize it at the time. I'll never forget what he said to me one time on lunch as we were sharing stories about our kids and about gods blessings he said " Shawn look at this crew all stout big bad hard core dudes we out work 3 crews combined" i laughed said yep southern boys tend to pull their own weight then he said " haha ya but can you imagine if all of them were godly men seeking god! We would be unstoppable. Just imagine." ..... Well oty i know now what that ment! And where I know you are now i hope the sap smells like roses and saw dust taste like candy ! Now you have that godly crew cutting rightofways in heaven!! You will be missed!! Thank you for what u taught me! He taught me not to be scared to speak about god the Bible even when it's not easy or if your the only one there out of 100 people that believes. Thanks Oty my thoughts and prayers to his family i hope this helps you see what this man accomplished for the Lord touched hearts everywhere he walked!

It’s with a heavy heart we express our condolences. Oty has been a part of our family for many years. Joey, Jeff, and Tiffany was either at their house or Oty, Mathew, and Chris would be here. We got to watch Oty grow from a kid to a very fine man. It seemed he always had a smile on his face. Later in life Joey, Mathew, Morgan, Shane, and I were in the guard together. It seems there never was a dull moment. One thing about it though, when a task was put in front of them they got it done. We’re always going to miss Oty. Fly high Oty. Fly with the angles. I know you have already met up with some family and friends.
In closing, our hearts are heavy, our faith let’s us know Oty is in a awesome place free of pain. We will rejoice in the fact God let Oty be a part of our life. We pray that Gods presence be felt by his family. We love you all and pray that peace and comfort cover you all! God Bless each of you.

Oty was a great man and how he handled the storms of life was a true inspiration. As hard as it is to know that I'll never get to see him or talk to him again on this earth, I rejoice because I have no doubts about where he is spending eternity.

Melissa, Cianna and Jason - You will be in our thoughts and prayers. We are here for you if we can help in any way.
