Funeral services for Marlys Johnson will be held at Roller Funeral Home in Mountain Home, Arkansas with Chaplain Christine Lydon. Visitation will be at 10 AM October 24, 2018 with funeral services at 11 AM.
Marlys Johnson was born July 13, 1921 in Avon, South Dakota. She attended Bible Institute in Des Moines, Iowa in 1942. She was married to Sigfred Johnson in June 15, 1958. She was active member of First Assembly of God here in Mountain Home till her health declined.
She is survived by her sister in law Betty Rocha, Doris Brinker, Lucy Dale; brother in law Jimmy Dale; her nieces Bobbie Arjes, Deb Prough; several other nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Sigfred who passed in 2006; brothers: Bill Burfeindt and Kenneth Burfeindt.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of North Arkansas.
