Terry ''Skinny'' Cowart, 65, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018. He was born June 06, 1952 to Calvin and Ruby Jean (Britt) Cowart in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Terry married his beloved wife, Kimberly in Gainesville, Missouri on February 02, 1982. He was a fun, stubborn, and very loving man. Terry enjoyed hunting and fishing, but above all his family was the most important. He worked as a mechanic for many years, as well as Tucker Sawmill.
Terry is survived by his wife, Kimberly of the home, one son, Jerry Cowart of Mountain Home, Arkansas; three daughters: Shelly (Al) Bell, Tina Cowart, and Jackie (Derek) Alman all of Mountain Home, Arkansas; seven grandchildren: Katosha Jones, Tyler Knight, Caylie Bell, Skyler Henson, Bianca Henson, Isabella Alman, and Jase Alman; two sisters: Janice Roberts and Kathy Boyce both of Gassville, Arkansas; six brothers: Calvin Ray (Velma) Cowart of Gassville, Arkansas, Jack (Hazel) Cowart of Flippin, Arkansas, Gerry (Janet) Cowart of Salesville, Arkansas, Jim (Ida Mae) Cowart of Gassville, Arkansas, Rick (Tracy) Cowart of Gassville, Arkansas, and Carl (Sherry) Cowart of Mountain Home, Arkansas. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends. Terry is preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Ruby Jean Cowart.
A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00pm Monday, February 12, 2018 at the Roller Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 12:00pm Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at the Roller Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ray Lamb officiating with a graveside service to follow at Thacker Cemetery in Clarkridge, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.

Lois and I were so sorry to hear of Skinny’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. God’s word says death is an enemy, and it certainly is. Reading Rev. 21:3, 4 and John 5:25 have always brought us comfort, and hopefully will do the same for you.
