Georgette Corinne Harlan, 71, of Bay, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2020, at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro. She was born December 2, 1948, in Chicago, Illinois, to Corinne (Sigsworth) and George Stipati. Georgette was raised Catholic, but as of 2017, was a member of the Walnut Street Baptist Church, where she enjoyed attending a sewing club with her Sunday school group. She met the love of her life, husband, Gary Harlan, of three years, at the Senior Dance in Jonesboro.
Georgette is preceded in death by her parents, Corinne and George, and her first husband, Bobby Crawford.
Left to cherish her memory are daughters, Michelle (Charles) Ault, Audrey (Jeff) McKnett, and Holly Harlan; son, Justin Harlan; grandchildren, Logan (Haley) Fults, Austin Fults, Gunner Ault, Chandler Ault, Tiffany (Shawn) Colburn, Christopher (Charity) McKnett, and Carly Seller; three great grandchildren; sister, Donna (Robert) Heard; and several nieces, nephews, and other members of the family.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 6, 2020, at 2:00 pm at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 W Washington Ave Jonesboro, with Pastor Jerry Parker of the Walnut Street Baptist Church officiating.
Grandsons and nephews of Georgette will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Harlan, Charles Harlan, Jim Gillis, Tim Fry, Dr. Brock Harris, and Darrel Williamson.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until the time of service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made in Georgette's honor to the Walnut Street Baptist Church for youth group mission trips, 1910 Scenic Road Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401.

We were very close as children. You even shared your measles with me. Through the years our lives took different paths and we lost touch. Through both our losses we reconnected and picked up were we look left off. We traveled laughed and spent the holidays together. I will miss our calls your visits and our travels. Rest peacefully cuz.
