Gary Charles Colburn, 79, of Cash, passed from this life on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at his home. He was born March 16, 1940 in Egypt, AR to C.D. and Francis Escue Colburn. Gary worked as a deckhand on riverboats. He was of the Church of Christ belief and loved fishing.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 15 years, Luetta Bass Colburn; and a brother, Jeroldean Colburn.

Left behind to cherish his memory is his son, Stoney Colburn; daughter, Kim (Ralph) Smith; two grandchildren, Shawn (Tiffany) Colburn and Jason (Jennifer) Colburn; and four great grandchildren, Sophia Colburn, Harper Colburn, Asher Colburn and Claire Colburn.

Chapel services will be 2 pm Thursday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue in Jonesboro with John Freeman officiating. Burial will follow at Markham Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 1 pm until time of service.

Shawn Colburn, Jason Colburn, Bobby Colburn, Mitchell Colburn, Ricky Ingram and David Henson will serve as pallbearers.
