August 21, 1946 - February 23, 2019

Our precious mother and KK, Sandra Kay Holt Hill, met her savior on February 23, 2019.
She was born on August 21, 1946 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Thomas and Lucille Holt. She graduated Lonoke High School in 1964. Sandra earned a BSE in Special Education from Arkansas State Teachers College, now UCA.
Sandra loved teaching and touched the lives of many young people. She taught elementary school children at England Academy. ''Ms. Sandra'' was instrumental in the production and design set of England Academy's annual Operetta.
Sandra also taught special education students at England High School. She often brought students to her home to teach life skills.
Sandra was raised at Caney Creek Baptist Church, where she started her personal relationship with Jesus Christ. She was an active member of First Baptist Church of England, where she served as a Sunday School Teacher, and leader of Reflections, a youth group that met in her home.
Sandra is survived by two sons, Scott Hill of Cabot, his wife Tracey, their children, Celia, Thomas, Lilly and Caroline Hill, and Jeffrey Hill of North Little Rock. She is also survived by her brother Ross, his wife Jeannie, and sisters-in-law, Vicky Holt, Becky Reeves, Bonnie West, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Pete Hill, and brother, Tommy Holt.
Visitation will be from 6-8PM on Tuesday, February 26 at Roller-England Funeral Home.

I loved Mrs. Sandra. I could tell a lot of stories, but there isn’t enough time. She will be loved and missed. One thing for sure we will all be together one day. Until then love and prayers. My condolences to Scott and Jeffrey and family. Love y’all.

I will never forget the talks Sandra and I had early in my marriage. She was so loving and encouraging. She was married to my cousin, Pete. I was so happy to hear they were attending a holiday or gathering we Blankenships were having. I’m so sorry for your loss. I will be praying for peace for your family.

Pete & Sandra were one of our first & best friends in Gaylord,Mi. until their move back to Arkansas in the early 70's. We spent most weekends together playing cards, camping, and enjoying the outdoors. We visited them in Arkansas on several occasions. We traveled to Mexico together and once again had many good times. They will forever be in our memory and we are better people as a result.

Lucy and I were sad to hear of Cousin Sandra’s death. I have many childhood memories of time we spent with all the Holts in Lonoke and England. Sandra, indeed, was a kind, wise and caring woman. She will be remembered and missed by her wonderful kids and family as well as her countless friends. I know we have a loving and faithful God and that she claimed the promise of John 3:16 long ago. With love, Michael & Lucy Kuhn

I was a sorority sister of your mom’s, Sigma SigmaSigma while at ASTC, SCA, UCA. Sandra always had a smile on her face and was so sweet and kind to everyone. I visited with her at Elmcroft where we caught up over 50 yrs and it was just like no time had passed. She told me of her sons and grandkids and how proud of them all she was. I’m so sorry for her passing but happy that she is in the arms of our Lord and family who were there to greet her. Prayers for her family and Violets for Sandra’s pathway to heaven.
