Alberta Coker, 69, of England, Arkansas went to be with the Lord Monday, April 23rd, 2012. She was born December, 1st, 1942 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Leonard Johnson and Letha Riggins Johnson.
Alberta was a member of Landmark Baptist Church in England, Arkansas. She worked as a Teacher's Aide.
Alberta was preceded in death by her husband of thirty-seven years: Charles Coker, Sr.; her parents; one brother and one sister. She is survived by one son: Charles Coker, Jr. and his wife Tina, and one granddaughter: Cyntanna Coker all of England; one brother Leonard Johnson, Jr. and his wife Janette of Greenbrier, Arkansas along with several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 25th, 2012 at 2:00 P. M. at Roller England Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. David Jimerson will be officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 24th, 2012 at the funeral home from 6-8:00 P. M. Burial will be in Keo Cemetery.
The family request that memorials be made to: American Diabetes Association, 320 Executive Court, Ste. 104, Little Rock, AR 72205.

I am so sad to hear of the loss of your Mother. She was a sweet lovely friend. She always loved to talk about what a good son you were. She was very proud of her granddaughter. I will miss talking to my sweet friend and hearing all the news from England. God bless you Charles and family.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. I worked with your mother for many years at the Elementary School and would see her occasionally after I moved to the Middle School. She loved her family dearly and was so proud of all of you. I always enjoyed talking with her. She was a wonderful person, and she will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

Alberta was a great help to me when I was teaching at England Elementary. She was kind, and she loved her family dearly.
