Lena Jane Cantrell Coder, 81, of Pineville died Friday, March 20, 2020.

She was born on August 31, 1938 in Calico Rock to Charlie William and Mamie Faye (Hicks) Cantrell.

Lena was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Calico Rock who cared for others and loved unconditionally. She was always content with what she had, wasn't self-centered, and always had a good outlook on everything. She worked as a part-time school teacher and as a nurses aid at Good Samaritan Nursing Home. Lena was a member of the Historian Club of Calico Rock and a former member of the Medical Auxiliary club at Calico Rock Hospital.

She is survived by the sons; Billy Patterson (Loura) of Mountain Home, Bobby Patterson of Joplin, Missouri, Buddy Paterson of Calico Rock; one daughter, Pamela Harvey (Tony) of Fairview Heights, Illinois; one brother, Noel Benjamin Cantrell of Calico Rock; three sisters, Hattie Gaye Poole of Rogers, Elsie Faye Harris (Arnold) of Melbourne, Beatrice Cantrell; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Lena is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and two sisters.

A private family service will be held.
