Wanda Ballard, 81, of Marianna, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2019. She was born Wednesday, February 2, 1938 to James and Jessie Wilson Woodruff.
She is survived by her husband, Charles (Buddy) Ballard, of the home; two sons, Charles W. Ballard (Terri), of Holub Crossing, Arkansas; Jamie L. Ballard (Angela), of Batesville, Arkansas; one daughter, Rita Brooks (Greg), of LaGrange, Arkansas; eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, one sister, Carolyn McCain (Robert), of Widner, Arkansas; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson, Jason Brooks, one sister, Sue Paulman, and two brothers, Bobby and Jimmy Woodruff.
Mrs. Ballard retired from Riceland Grain Inc. She was a life-long member of Wall Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
Services will be held Monday, December 2, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Wall Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Moro, Arkansas with Brother Mike Mitchell officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services. Burial will follow services at Salem Cemetery in Moro, Arkansas. I am sorry about Aunt Wanda. She was a wonderful person and a Great Aunt. Always doing for others. She will be missed by all. My prayers are with you all.

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Wanda many years and we had many laughs together. I am so lucky to have had a friend like her. May God hold her and keep her. God bless the family and I hope God heals your hearts.
