Annie Laura Reno Greer

of Little Rock, AR

March 3, 1933 - December 31, 2019

Annie Laura Reno Greer, age 86, entered heaven on December 31, 2019 after struggling with Alzheimer's. She was born in Royse City, Texas to Roy and Mae Reno.

Annie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bryan D. Greer and her brother, Roy Reno, Jr. She is survived by her son, Allan (Nancy) and two grandchildren, Hunter and Megan Greer.

After she retired from the State's purchasing department, she worked at Pine Forrest Elementary and Chenal Elementary in their cafeterias. She especially loved being with children. She was a member of Parkway Place Baptist Church and volunteered in several different ministries there. She enjoyed being outside, gardening, knitting and being with people. Everyone knew Miss Annie. She was a friend to all and had a servant's heart.

There will be a celebration of her life at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 3, 2020 at Parkway Place Baptist Church. Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m., prior to the service at the church. A private burial will be at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Parkway Place Baptist Church, 300 Parkway Place Drive, Little Rock, AR 72211.

Allen, Nancy and the kids, so sorry to hear about your Mom. She was truly a special lady in everything she did. Can’t think of our times growing up together without thinking of her and her warm smile and laughter. Wish I would have knowy before yesterday of her passing. May God hold the family extra tightly. Love you brother.
