Dear Carter Family, I just heard of Mr. Carter’s passing. Please accept my sincerest sympathy. Mr. Carter was always so kind to me. AND, he was my “go to guy”, for all things Razorback! We are all so blessed to have him, in our lives! I am asking The Holy Spirit to pour His peace and contentment, comfort and joy, down over you all, like warm honey! Libbie Dougan. Phil. 4:13

Firstly, I am sorry for your loss. Jack B. was an amazing man and I am blessed to have called him friend. He and I had a special relationship sharing the love of the IBC Food Pantry. I was honored to receive many calls from Jack as he was constantly organizing donations which he accepted for the FP or sometimes just to check in with me. Sadly I was out of town when he passed and I was surprised by the news. The service was perfect, right up until the end. He will be hugely missed as a volunteer but more importantly as my friend.

What a gracious gentleman and faithful servant of God. I was always encouraged in his presence and thankful to have been able to worship with him at Parkway Village. May the Lord comfort you in the days ahead as we wait for a joyful reunion.
