Susan Annette Benning, 68, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord July 8, 2019. She was born on May 31, 1951 in Malvern, Arkansas to James and Cherie Beauchamp. Susan loved spending time with her grandchildren, reading, watching TV and keeping up with her friends on Facebook.
Susan was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband; Doug, two daughters, Bridget Burks (Lyn); Brandi Moran (Jon); four grandchildren, Jade Benning; Brandon Burks; Braylon Burks; Miles Moran and one sister, Barbara Taylor (Paul).
In lieu of flowers, please make memorials in Susan's name to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 15829, Arlington, Virginia 22215.
The weekend of July 4th, I looked for Mrs. Susan at Church at Rock Creek; she always went to the early service like I do. I missed seeing her and wondered about her. I just saw in last Sunday's paper she had gone on to be with Our Lord in Heaven.
I am so sorry to hear she is no longer with us. Mrs. Susan was the only nurse at Dr. Baltz I would let draw blood from me, because she was so very gentle and such a passionate sweet lady. She will be missed. May God continue to bless her family and give them comfort during this time.
We are so very sorry for the loss of Susan. Our prayers for you Doug and the children and grandchildren.
I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
Doug,
Kelly and I are so sorry to learn of Susan's passing. Susan was such a wonderful person. I always appreciated having Susan as my nurse at Dr. Morse's office. And we both always enjoyed the times we ran into you both out and about. We are out of town right now but please know we are thinking and praying for you and your family during this most difficult time.
Mark & Kelly
Doug and Family,
May all of heaven wrap their loving arms of heaven around you during this time. Susan touched the lives of so many people and I have no doubts that she is having the most incredible reunion with all the ones that have gone before her. She will greatly be missed upon this earth but I know that it is not "Goodbye, Only See You Later My Dear Friend"
Bridget,
So sorry to hear about your Mom, my thoughts an prayers are with you, and your family. Please call me if you need anything.
Heaven gained a sweet angel. I met Susan playing an online game and after knowing her for a couple of years, we met in person. She was a dear friend and we saw God answer many prayers together... many ups and downs experienced in life but we had a great friendship through it all. My sincerest sympathy for Doug, Bridget, Jade and Miles... she talked about you all and loved you all so much. You will all be in my prayers - again, so sorry for your loss.
My heart is so heavy and sad with the news of Susan’s passing. She was great to work with at Dr. Baltz’s office and a dear friend. Sending love to Doug and all her family.
