Joyce Lynn ''Mamie'' Tisdale, 81, of Little Rock went to be with The Lord on Saturday, March 23, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 20, 1937 in Little Rock, daughter of the late Charles E. Bailey and Dorothy B. Martin Bailey.
She always opened her home and her heart to everyone. She loved her family, enjoyed raising children, taking trips, especially to the beach and loved her many dogs.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Suzan Bailey and a son, Timothy Tisdale. Joyce is survived by her husband of 64 years, William D. ''Bill'' Tisdale of Little Rock; daughter, Teri Bisbee and husband Mike of Perryville; son, Tracy Tisdale and wife Terre of Little Rock; daughter, Toni Tisdale of Little Rock, daughter, Tori Morehart and husband Chris of Benton; daughter, Tobi Smith and husband JC of Little Rock; daughter, Karen Kirtman and husband Keith of Little Rock; sixteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, one brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Joan Bailey of Birmingham, Alabama and four nieces.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 26, 2019, from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, AR (501)224-8300. Funeral service will be Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at 1:00 P.M., Roller-Chenal Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
