We wish to extend our condolences to the Hollar Family. Gayle and I worked with Roger for many years. We considered him a good friend, loyal co-worker and a great guy. Liz, you and your family will be in our prayers. I'm going to miss our humorous e-mail exchanges. Take solace in knowing he was appreciated and will be missed by many.

'Just learned of Roger's passing via a text from Jim Method, who is wintering in Florida. 'Forgot that Rog was just a couple weeks older than me. He, Jim, me & about 35 others grew up & went through all 12 grades of New Paris/Fairfield together. All my memories of Rog are positive & warm. I can't think of a more even-keeled, grounded person who seemingly always had a smile on his face. I'm confident that his great character touched & influenced many lives to their benefit.

Hollar Family: So sorry to hear of your loss! I always felt close ties to all of you, especially with your mother Helen. Dave also spent many hours at our house while growing up, so he was like another brother to me. Blessings to all of you.

Steve, David, and Bev: saddened to hear of Roger's passing. I enjoyed Roger and the challenge we had for that first chair in the saxophone section of band.

May God walk with you and give you strength during this time.

I'm sorry to hear of the passing of Roger and you and your family are in our prayers. I had the pleasure of working with roger at Donaldson Company and was sorry to see him retire because he was enjoyable to be around but was also very happy for him to get to retire and spend more time with his family which always seemed to be his passion. He will be greatly missed.
