Dear Eloise,
I am so sorry for you and your family’s loss.
I met Neal 46 years ago when I first started working at the Little Rock Health Dept. My best remembrance of him was his big smile and great sense of humor. He surely made the days and years more pleasant.
You and your family will be in my prayers,
Ronnie Call

Neal was a real pleasure to know. Even though we did not work in the same area at the Health Department , I admired his friendliness , humor and knowledge of his work.
My condolences to the family.
