Dear Mr. Roofener,

Years ago, we had a conversation, which lead me to my biological family. I kept my promise to you. I will always be grateful to you for being the link, I so desperately needed. I was graciously accepted and loved from your children Steven, Daniel and Jeannette.Today, I am 55 years.

Ella and family I know you will miss your dad as you have your mom for so long. They were both two of the nicest people I’d ever met. Peace is know he’s at home now and with his lord and savior and his much missed wife. My prayers are for each of you to know Gods comfort and peace. Sorry I wasn’t able to make visitation or the funeral. Hugs and prayers to you all.

In the midst of the sadness of losing my wonderful Uncle Jim, there is joy in knowing he is with the Lord and all our family members who have gone before him. I know my mom is rejoicing for his arrival. I have so many fond memories of Uncle Jim playing his guitar and singing for us as well as his witty sense of humor and the funny jokes he’d tell. My prayers are with his family and close friends. May your memories carry you through this tough time. All my love to all of you.
