Nicole Lynne Fugiel, 44, of Conway, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, April 8, 2020. She was born March 29, 1976 in Chicago Heights, IL the daughter of Fredrick A. and Anita M. Fugiel. She was preceded in death by her father, Fredrick Fugiel.
Nicole is survived by her mother, Anita M. Fugiel, two sisters, Julie B. Lambertino (Ken) of Crown Point, IN and Kimberly A. Fugiel Martin of Concord, NC; two nephews, one great nephew, numerous aunts, uncles and extended family.
Nicole was a member of Central Baptist Church in Olympia Fields, IL. She enjoyed spending time with family and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
I was with Nicole in St. Louis at McCallum Place in 2007. We lost touch over the year but she was an important part in my life. I believe we were also in Alexian Brothers together. My heart breaks but her voice will carry on as this new ignites my determination to spread awareness of this terrible disorder.

I was so sorry to hear this news. I haven't seen Nicki in years, but I do remember we always had fun times together when we were able to see each other as kids. I know she will be severely missed by all of those who knew and loved her. May you find peace that passes all understanding, and may your memories bring you comfort in times of grief and sadness.
