Frances N. ''Pat'' Phillips, 76, of Conway, passed away February 5, 2020 at her home. She was born September 30, 1943 in Cleveland, OH to the late Barney and Noreen Cooper. She was also preceded in death by her grandson, Cody Phillips and sister, Donna Rickard.
Frances is survived by her husband, of 52 years, Clarence ''C.W. or Bud'' Phillips, daughters, Kimberly McCray, Donna Irby, and son, Richard Phillips all of Conway, grandchildren, Anthony Free of Mt. Vernon, Jensyn McCray, John McCray, David Irby, Jacquelyn Irby and Josh Phillips all of Conway, Steven Bailey of Seattle, WA and one great grandchild, Madilyn Shockey.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
R.I.P mrs Phillip's... I'm going to miss you very much. Ive been your caregiver for over a year and you took me in as your adopted grandkid. I love you so much and I'm glad I spent your last year with you everyday. You were an amazing woman. Gods gained another angel. Fly high nana I'll see you again one day â¤â¤â¤
Gene and I are so sorry for your lost of Pat. We loved her visits. She was a great neighbor too.
She is whole now and no pair.

I worked at Bobs Grill. Pat made many visits in and out of there Pat was always in good spirits .Pat was a very kind Lady. You would not have known she was tired if someone didn't tell you.Pat will be missed by many.RIP LOVELY LADY.
I'm so sorry to hear about Miss Pat. She was always so sweet & I always enjoyed seeing her at get togethers at Kim's. Keeping you all in my prayers.
Although I didn't know Pat personally, I work with her daughter Kimberly McCray, she looks like a wonderful happy woman. I pray for love and strength to get this family through this hard time. Hugs for all.
