Christopher E. Heathcott of Conway, Arkansas passed away surrounded by his family Sunday at Conway Regional Hospital.

Chris was born October 19, 1977, to Louise(Gooch) Matlock and his step father Donald Matlock in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was the beloved husband, father, grandfather to be, brother, and friend to many.

Chris was known for being full of life and having a sense of humor. He loved sports of all kinds and shared that passion with his children. He could often be found playing basketball especially on Sunday afternoons with his sons and friends. He also had a love for model cars. He was a handyman around the house for his wifey and he could do about anything. Being a family man, he loved to spend time with his children.

He was survived by his wife of 23 yrs. Cherie Heathcott of Conway, Ar.; his sister Alesa Matlock; his children Christopher Heathcott, Brelan Heathcott, Shehiris Heathcott, Kayla Heathcott, Malachi Heathcott, Denver Heathcott, Jaden, Heathcott, Halo Heathcott all of Conway, Arkansas: his first grandson to be Josiah Chistopher Heathcott.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Jerry and Dianne Gooch.

Pall bearers: Christopher, Brelan, Shehiris, Malachi, Jaden , Tommy, Rodney, Greg, Mario
Visitation will be at 11 AM, October 10, 2019 at the Living Water Church of God in Conway, Arkansas. The funeral service will follow at 1:00. There will be no graveside service.
