Opal Hartsfield, 85, of Conway passed away June 10, 2019. She was born October 8, 1933 in Dardanelle, Arkansas to the late Emmett and Rebecca Findley. Opal loved watching soap operas, facebook; but most of all spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 54 years, J.D. Hartsfield, son, James G. Hartsfield Sr.
Opal is survived by her son, Gary Hartsfield (Brenda) of Vilonia, four grandchildren, Tracy White, James G. Hartsfield Jr. (Heather), Alan Earnhart (Michelle) and Khristy Sanford, seven great grandchildren, Taylor (Charity) Pratt, Rylie White, Lydia Isham, Jaydien Hartsfield, Cody Earnhart, Chelle Earnhart and Cole Sanford, one great-great grandchild on the way, Case Findley Pratt, two sisters, Helen Brown and Margie Harbin, and many more family and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday June 12, 2019 from 6:00-8:00PM at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Funeral Service will begin at 10:00AM Thursday, June 13, 2019 at Roller McNutt with Burial following at Crestlawn Memorial Park.

Opal definitely had an impact on mine (Renee) and my moms (Donna) life. I remember when I was a little kid jd and opal would give me any kind of candy I wanted when we went into the store, whether my mom agreed or not, lol. I always remember stopping at their house and getting fresh tomatoes and them and my parents just talk away like there's no tomorrow. Opal is definitely gonna be missed.But now her and jd are together again, probably selling "maters" and candy!! Rest in Heavenly Peace, you guys!!
