of Conway, AR
April 6, 1948 - December 7, 2018
William Loyce (Bill) Landers, Jr., 70, of Conway ascended to his heavenly home December 7, 2018, as a result of a heart condition. He was born April 6, 1948 in Conway, AR to the late William ''Loyce'' and Mary ''Tonie'' Landers.
Bill was a graduate of Conway High School (1966) and Arkansas Tech (1972). He loved and adored his family and always wanted the best for them. Bill had a strong work ethic instilled early in life and a caring heart for people in need. He was a General Manager at large Truckstops, worked with the Cerebral Palsy Foundation, and was self-employed with a lawn care and landscape business until his health did not allow him to do so. Bill didn't know a stranger, if he knew you he loved and took care of you the best he could. He was of the Baptist faith.
Bill is survived by 2 daughters, Angela ''Angie'' Michelle Landers, and Elizabeth Nicole ''Nikki'' Robinson (Wayne), grandchildren Hunter, Julie, Owen, Parker, and Benjamin, one sister, Della Marie Warren (Paul), great niece Marie, and great aunt Gwen Diehl. And finally, his loving Alaskan Husky dog, Zoey, that will miss him greatly. He is preceded in death by his parents and several uncles and aunts.
In lieu of flowers, please donate in Bill's honor to Roller McNutt Funeral Home to help with cost of services.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway from 5:00PM to 6:00PM . A Funeral service will follow at 6:00PM.
