Floy M. Mobbs

of Conway, AR

May 25, 1933 - July 3, 2018

Floy M. Mobbs, our mother, left this Earth on July 3, 2018. She now joins her family in Heaven where she was received with a thunderous celebration. Now being pain free and her memories surrounding her, she will forever be watching over us, guiding us to our own path to Heaven. Although we loved her with all our hearts and we miss her even more, we take comfort knowing that she is with Jesus Christ Our Savior and the Heavenly Father. She was a sweet, loving and caring lady whose strength encouraged us all.

Floy was born on May 25, 1933 in Jefferson County, AR to Reginald and Nola Strawn. She was preceded in death by her sister, Lorene Steward, her brothers; Thomas and Elis Strawn and her parents.

Floy owned the first Mexican Restaurant, El Taco Casa, in Conway. She worked 10 years for Baldwin Piano and was a talented Cosmetologist. Left to cherish her memory are her sons: Steve (Mary Ellen) Mobbs, Mark (Myra) Mobbs, Scott Mobbs and Terry (Vicki) Jackson, Her grandchildren; Billy Wallace, Spencer Mobbs and Aaron Mobbs, her sisters; Jewell Martin and Peggy Atchley, her brothers; Danny (Freida) Strawn and Jim Strawn, and many other friends and relatives.

Services will be private and in lieu of flowers please make donations to Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer.
