My sympathies to family and friends of Mrs. Dunaway: Almighty God sent us a comforter, His son, Jesus, who said at John 11:25 “…I am the resurrection and the life. The one, who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life.” Remember that much hope and comfort can be found in God's Word and that all of God’s promises come true.

To the family sorry for your loss. The Bible calls God "the source of life." (Psalms 36:9) The one who gave life to all living creatures is certainly capable of restoring life to someone who has died. The Bible also reports eight instances of humans young, old, male, and female who were brought back to life on earth. (John 11:39-44) God yearns to bring back those who are in his memory and to see them live on earth again. (Job 14:14,15)
