Noel Milam, 80 of Clarksville, Arkansas passed away on Friday, July 3, 2020 in Clarksville. She was born on January 8, 1940 in West Virginia to her parents, Harry and Hannah (Paynter) Carper.
She owned her own business before retiring. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Noel was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Hannah Carper, and husband Kermit Milam.
Survivors include her son Darrell R. Morgan of Maryland, one daughter Drema C. Kinser of Clarksville, five grandchildren Stephen, Sam, Rebecca, Darrell Jr., and Danielle, six great-grandchildren EJ, Jaxson, Jullian, Garrett, and Trenton, and a host of other family and friends.
