William Howard Hurst, 89 of Georgetown, TX. passed away Saturday, October 12, 2019 in Georgetown, TX. William was born July 13, 1930 in Coal Hill, Arkansas to Dale & Fannie (Ritchie) Hurst. William served our country and retired as an Air force Senior Master Sergeant. He was known as a good man of high integrity. He was kind and considerate with a good sense of gentle humor. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Fannie, and brother Raymond.
William is survived by his sisters Dorothy Hallmark and Janice Peters, son Steven Hurst; daughter-in-law Rozanne Hurst of Portland, Oregon and daughter Carolyn Marley; son-in-Law Randall Marley of Round Rock, Texas, grandsons Brian Hurst and Kevin Hurst and granddaughter June Marley.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, October 18, 2019 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Friday, October 18, 2019 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery with U.S. Air Force Honor Guard serving as pallbearers.

I have many fond memories of Bill at family gatherings. He was a kind and gentle soul. My condolences to Bill's family. May God grant him eternal rest and peace.

We rented a space and parked our mobile home on it from Mr. Hurst for many years.he was a mighty fine man.he even came to visit us after we moved.
I've wondered a lot about him and how he was doing.so I'm shocked to see he passed.im so sorry

Will miss all of the good times and Howard'd funny tales. His greatest love was for his children and grandchildren. Love Anna
