Janet Ruth (Hubbard) Scroggins of Oark, AR was born on March 15, 1963 in Ozark, AR to Margaret Warren and J. A. Hubbard. She was a devoted child of God, daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend, and teacher. She loved spending time with family and friends as well as teaching her school children during her 16 years at Oark. She loved with a heart, like Christ and her spirit never faltered. On September 1, 2019, she left her earthly body and walked into the arms of her heavenly father.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and father-in-law A. G. Scroggins.
Her survivors include her husband of over 32 years, Ron Scroggins; daughters Micah Scroggins, Rachel (Joseph) Turner; Sarah (Mitchell) Clark; granddaughter Madelyn Turner; siblings Annette (Daniel) Wakefield; Tim (Lisa) Vanderford; Mark (Tracy) Vanderford; Veronica Lincoln; mother-in-law Ina Scroggins; sister-in-law Sherry (Mike) Soper; brother-in-law Terry (Cathy) Scroggins, 21 nieces and nephews and 9 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 P.M., Thursday, September 5, 2019 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel. Service will be held 2:00 P.M., Friday, September 6, 2019 at Trinity Chapel Pentecostal Church with Bro. Robert Boen officiating with burial following at Oark Cemetery in Oark, AR. With Joseph Turner, Mitchell Clark, Daniel Wakefield, Darrien Warren, Allen Warren, and Terry Turner serving as pallbearers.

Janet will be greatly missed! No teacher ever showed love for my child the way that she did.

Ronnie I'm so sorry for your loss. Janet was a beautiful Christian woman - I pray the Holy Spirit will give you & girls His peace & comfort during the days ahead that will be so difficult. Sorry we won't be able to attend the service , but know ours prayers are with you all .
Mrs. Janet will be greatly missed. We have shared many years together and I treasure all of those great memories we made. I will always love her like a sister.
