Connie Bernice (Furgerson) Bryan was born on October 20, 1928, in Russellville, Arkansas, to the late Freland and Ethel (Choate) Furgerson. She died on August 6, 2019, at her home in Clarksville, at the age of 90. She was a retired nurse, raised Poll Herford Cattle and Tennessee Walking Horses. She was vice president at Home Extension Club making crafts and cooking for fair exhibits. Connie dedicated her life to her career as a nurse and to her family and she was of the Presbyterian faith.

Connie is survived by one son, Robert Darious Bryan of Knoxville: one daughter, Joyce Ann Bryan of Clarksville; one brother J.R. Furgerson; three grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and ten great great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Connie is preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Bryan, parents Freland and Ethel (Choate) Furgerson, one brother Manuel Furgerson, three sisters Vera Tillman, Shirley Jordan, and Lola Acuff.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 21, 2019, at the Roller-Cox Funeral Chapel in Clarksville.
