James Wesley North, 77 of Coal Hill, AR., passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2018 in Clarksville, AR. James was born October 6, 1941 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to James Alfred North, Jr and Ruth Mae (Taylor) North. Wesley served our country in the U.S. Navy. He enjoyed going to Casinos and horse races with his friends, reading western novels and watching westerns on television, and spending time with his dogs.
He is preceded in death by his parents, loving wife Linda Lee North, and Sister Rita North.
James is survived by a Daughter Sharon North of Coal Hill, AR; Brother Toni and Karen North of Kansas City; Aunt Dorothy Taylor of Mt Vernon, AR; sisters-in-law Virginia Hall and Nita Hall; numerous Cousins, Niece and Nephews.
Memorial Services will be 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Suanne Morgan officiating.
The family and friends will gather at the senior citizens center for a meal and fellowship after the service.

Wesley was one of my best friends, and truly one of the finest men I have ever had the privilege of knowing. His tender heart and giving nature touched untold numbers of people. He will be missed here by many, but I know he is at peace and blessed to be united once again with Linda. I loved them both dearly, and will forever miss their presence in my life.
